change


I learned this in my management class that I'm taking. Although the curve was simplified to fit in a business setting. I got startled by the chart for a moment. It made me stare at it. Then I asked myself, where am I in this curve now?

    I am way past that stage... I think I'm between decision and integration...


    I like this graph... somehow helps understand things that went through.. after all am an engineering grad... if only I can convert all in numbers to better understand things...
